Häagen-Dazs and Supermoon give vanilla ice cream a purple crunch

Häagen-Dazs Shops has teamed up with New York’s Supermoon Bakehouse on an Ube, Vanilla & Cornflake Cookie Dazzler. Vanilla ice cream meets ube glaze, crumbled cornflake cookies with macadamia and white chocolate, and crunchy Honey Joy clusters.
The collaboration celebrates 50 years since Häagen-Dazs opened its first shop in Brooklyn. It is offered October 15–25, 2026, at ten participating shops in Brooklyn and Manhattan, while supplies last.
This is a New York-only launch; Canadian availability is not announced. The opening-day giveaway has already ended.
