The MLS Disciplinary Committee announced disciplinary rulings following Matchday 34 of the 2026 MLS season, issuing three separate fines tied to incidents during matches played on October 31. Charlotte FC forward Allan Saint-Maximin was fined for failing to leave the field in a timely manner in the 89th minute of Charlotte’s match against Orlando City.

The committee said Philadelphia Union midfielder Ben Bender was fined for violating the league’s policy regarding simulation or embellishment. The incident occurred in the 44th minute of Philadelphia’s match against FC Cincinnati on October 31.

Philadelphia also received a second fine from the same committee after the Union’s defender Nathan Harriel was penalized under the league’s simulation or embellishment policy. MLS said the incident took place in the 46th minute of Philadelphia’s match against FC Cincinnati on October 31.

Taken together, the rulings reflect the league’s enforcement of conduct standards in match moments, including both time-management expectations related to leaving the field and the simulation/embellishment policy during live play.

With the committee’s announcement dated November 3, the fines stand as the league’s formal disciplinary action for the specified October 31 incidents during Matchday 34. The MLS Disciplinary Committee’s releases do not provide additional details about the amounts of the fines or whether the players will face any further sanctions beyond the announced penalties.
