The Story
British Columbia NDP Leader David Eby is set to campaign in Vancouver and Richmond on Thursday after wrapping up a swing through the vote-rich city of Surrey earlier this week, including a Wednesday rally near Surrey City Hall that drew hundreds of attendees.
The NDP leader made six stops in the Surrey–Delta area throughout Wednesday, meeting with seniors and visiting a trucking company.
Meanwhile, interim B.C. Conservative leader Lorne Doerkson is scheduled to make an announcement in Vancouver, B.C.’s second-largest city, where 10 ridings are up for grabs.
Doerkson is also expected to hold a rally in Surrey later tonight.
Advance voting wrapped up on Wednesday ahead of Saturday’s election.
