The 5.86-acre property offers southwest-facing views of Indian Arm and Belcarra. The listing describes it as a boat access only property, noting the lot is about seven minutes from Deep Cove and Belcarra.
The lot has power via BC Hydro and includes a large boat dock. Aside from undeveloped land, the property includes a shed with a toilet at a higher elevation and a small deck or platform at the top of the ramp, according to listing agent Charlie Mackenzie.
A correction was issued after an earlier version of the story said the property was on an island due to a map error. The corrected information states the lot is bound to land in Belcarra. Mackenzie described the lot as very steep but in an “incredible location,” adding that ideas such as a funicular elevator could be considered if a home were built there.
