The Vancouver Canucks have officially listed Kevin Lankinen as their starting goaltender for Thursday’s home opener against the Edmonton Oilers at Rogers Arena.

The Vancouver Canucks have officially tabbed Kevin Lankinen as their starting goaltender for their home opener against the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday at Rogers Arena.
According to Canucks Insider Thomas Drance, who observed practice earlier in the day at Rogers Arena, Lankinen was the first goaltender off the ice, and was described as the projected starter for the matchup.
Lankinen enters the season on a five-year, $22.5 million extension.
The puck is scheduled to drop at Rogers Arena just after 10:00 p.m. ET.
