The Vancouver Canucks completed a comeback against the Calgary Flames after trailing 1-0 heading into the third period.
Calgary struck first in the opening period when Matt Coronato scored from the left point at 14:51, beating Leevi Meriläinen for a power-play goal to make it 1-0 Flames.
Vancouver responded in the third period, tying the game when Liam Öhgren scored at 1:28 to even the score at 1-1. The Canucks then took the lead at 9:04 when Elias Pettersson beat Devin Cooley on the glove side to make it 2-1 Vancouver.
The Canucks widened the gap with another goal at 16:33 from Drew O’Connor, before Aatu Räty scored at 17:16 to extend the lead to 4-1, completing the turnaround for Vancouver.
