The Story
The Seahawks have signed receiver Irvin Charles off their practice squad to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, the team announced Oct. 23, 2026.
Charles returned from injured reserve last week and made his Seahawks debut, playing 15 snaps on special teams while recording one tackle.
To create room on the active roster, the Seahawks released veteran cornerback Trevon Diggs.
Diggs, who signed with Seattle in August, was then subsequently signed to the practice squad. As a vested veteran, Diggs did not have to go through waivers before being signed to the practice squad.
This season, Diggs has appeared in three games.
