Keith Morrison and Diana Swain discuss the Elizabeth Bain disappearance on The Big Story podcast

The Big Story podcast episode with Keith Morrison and Diana Swain examines Elizabeth Bain’s disappearance from Toronto on June 19, 1990, and the resurfacing of a previously struck-down theory.

The Story

Elizabeth Bain was 22 years old when she went missing from Toronto on June 19, 1990, and the circumstances of her disappearance have kept Canadians searching for answers for more than 35 years.

More than 35 years later, a new episode of The Big Story is set to feature award-winning correspondent Keith Morrison and Diana Swain of Dateline Canada as they discuss the case and what the show describes as new, unreported evidence.

The episode also describes the resurfacing of a previous theory about what happened on that day in June that had been struck down.

Caryn Ceolin hosts the conversation with Swain and Morrison.

Dateline Canada premieres Thursday, November 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and the episode is presented as part of The Big Story’s podcast content.
