Several pumpkin patches across Metro Vancouver and nearby communities are open in late September and throughout October, offering fall activities and family-friendly attractions.

Pumpkin season is underway across the Lower Mainland and surrounding regions, with farm-run patches opening as early as late September and continuing into early November. Many locations offer more than pumpkin picking, including wagon rides, animal encounters, corn mazes and other seasonal attractions.
In Richmond, Richmond Country Farms’ Richmond the Pumpkin Patch runs Saturday, Sept. 26 to Friday, Oct. 31, 2026. The patch is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with admission listed as $15 plus tax on weekdays and $20 plus tax on weekends, free for children two and under. The address is 12900 Steveston Hwy.
In Surrey, Hazelmere Pumpkin Patch at Gabriel Farms operates on weekends until Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, with additional weekday hours from Oct. 1 to Oct. 30 (including holidays). Hours are listed as weekdays from 2 to 5 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with admission at $10 on weekdays and $12.50 on weekends, free for children two and under. Another Surrey option is the Port Kells Pumpkin Patch, open Wednesday, Oct. 1 to Friday, Oct. 31, 2026. The site, at 18730 88th Ave., lists hours as daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with admission at $6.99 per person that includes a pumpkin, excluding individually marked pumpkins. The patch features outdoor play areas, animal attractions and a cedar maze, along with an on-site indoor sand pit and food trucks.
For shoppers willing to head farther east, RonDriso Farms in Surrey opens Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2026. The patch is listed as open weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m., with weekend hours, Pro-D days, and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The location is 8390 172nd St., with admission listed as $8 for the pumpkin patch and $4 for a hayride.
In Delta’s Ladner area, Westham Island Herb Farm’s pumpkin patch runs “now until Friday, Oct. 31, 2026,” daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is listed as free, at 4690 Kirkland Rd., Westham Island, Delta. The update also notes an annual display of “Scarecrows” as part of the seasonal attraction.
Langley offers multiple weekend-friendly options. Aldor Acres Pumpkin Patch, at 8301 252nd St., Langley, runs “now until Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026,” with timeslots available from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a last walk-in at 5 p.m. Admission is listed as $21 per person, with free admission for children two and under, and visitors are directed to purchase online.
Also near Fort Langley, Eagle Acres Pumpkin Patch at 8796 240th St. (Rawlison Crescent) operates every Saturday and Sunday plus Oct. 12 and Oct. 23, continuing until Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026. The patch lists hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with admission listed as $13 to $15 and free for children two and under. The update describes a covered hayride, a SaFarmi Stroll with over 200 farm animals, and a three-acre corn maze.
In Maple Ridge, Laity Pumpkin Patch runs Sept. 26 to Oct. 31, 2026. Across the region, the openings and closing dates vary by farm, but most are concentrated in late September through the end of October. That makes early October a particularly busy window for planning outings, especially for activities tied to specific weekends or time-limited hours.
