Bruno Mars is set to play a record-breaking five-show run at Vancouver’s B.C. Place, with all but the Oct. 21 performance sold out.
The Story
Bruno Mars has begun a record-breaking five-concert run at Vancouver’s B.C. Place for The Romantic tour, with the shows announced in quick succession and quickly selling out.
At the time of publication, only the fifth and final performance on Oct. 21 still had tickets available for purchase at ticketmaster.ca. Ticket prices ranged from $199 in the upper levels to more than $315 for scattered floor seats.
The tour comes in support of Mars’s second smash album, Unorthodox Jukebox, and the new project The Romantic, which was released Feb. 27, 2026. The album entered the Billboard Canadian Albums chart at No. 1, while the single I Just Might topped the North American Hot AC, AC and Top 40 charts for 11 consecutive weeks and spent 20 weeks at the top spot on Canadian AC radio.
Mars will be joined by Anderson .Paak as the support act in his DJ pee .wee role, along with U.K. soul artist Raye.
The singer first performed in Vancouver at Rogers Arena on June 3, 2011, co-headlining the Hooligans In Wondaland tour with Janelle Monáe. He also returned to Rogers Arena in 2017 for two sold-out shows on July 26 and July 27, as part of his 24K Magic World Tour.
Born Peter Gene Hernandez in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mars gained early recognition after forming The Smeezingtons in 2009. That team’s first major attention came with the song Wavin’ Flag for K’naan in 2009, and Mars later appeared as a featured vocalist on B.o.B.’s Nothin’ on You the same year, marking his first chart-topping credit under his own name as a featured artist.
