The Story
The Seattle Seahawks have activated rookie running back Jadarian Price from injured reserve in advance of Monday night’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Price missed the past four games while on injured reserve with a chest injury. Prior to going on IR, he rushed for 119 yards on 28 carries in three games and added 21 receiving yards on four catches.
The Seahawks selected Price with a first-round pick in this year’s draft. The team also expects another running back to return on Monday, with Zach Charbonnet set to make his 2026 debut after tearing his ACL last January.
To make room for Price on the 53-man roster, Seattle waived running back Robert Henry Jr., who the team had signed off Washington’s practice squad earlier this season.
Seattle also adjusted its depth roles at two positions affected by injury, elevating receiver Montorie Foster Jr. and tackle Bobby Hart from the practice squad.
For Monday night’s matchup, the Seahawks ruled out starting left tackle Charles Cross (ankle) and receiver/returner Rashid Shaheed (knee). Josh Jones is expected to start at swing tackle in place of Cross, while Tory Horton is expected to have a bigger role with Shaheed out.
