Aaron Pico takes aim at second straight UFC win against Losene Keita at UFC 333

A UFC 333 featherweight bout pairs Aaron Pico and Losene Keita as Pico seeks a second consecutive Octagon victory.

The Story

Aaron Pico and Losene Keita meet at UFC 333 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, with Pico looking to build on his most recent performance and Keita trying to make a move up the featherweight ladder.

Pico enters the matchup with a 14-5 mixed martial arts record and a 1-1 UFC mark, sitting at No. 14 in the Meta UFC featherweight rankings. The American is coming off a decision win over fellow Bellator veteran Patricio Freire in April, following a setback in his UFC debut when he was knocked out by Lerone Murphy in August 2025.

For Keita, UFC 333 represents another chance to break into the 145-pound rankings with an impressive result. The Belgian carries a 17-2 MMA record and a 1-1 UFC record, and he is coming off a first-round knockout of Muhammad Naimov on Sept. 5.

Ahead of the fight, MMA Junkie analyst Dan Tom picked Pico, saying he expects the American to have “more pathways to victory,” and projecting that Pico will win a unanimous decision by mixing in takedowns.

The betting market in the preview favours Pico, with odds listed at Pico -144 and Keita +118 via FanDuel.
