Health Canada has ordered a recall of INMO AIR3 smart glasses in Canada because the product may overheat during extended use, posing a burn hazard.

Health Canada has issued a nationwide recall of INMO AIR3 smart glasses after the regulator warned the device may overheat during extended use, creating a burn risk to users.
The recall applies to the black INMO AIR3 smart glasses, identified by “AIR3” and “INMO” printed on a label on the inside right arm of the product.
In the recall notice, Health Canada instructs consumers to immediately stop using the recalled glasses and to update the product’s firmware to version 3.16 before using the device again.
The regulator reported that, as of September 17, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada related to the overheating concern.
Health Canada noted that, in the United States, there have been 10 reports of overheating incidents. The notice states there have been no reports of injuries linked to those incidents.
