Jacqueline Cavalcanti vs. Michelle Montague was shifted to UFC 335, set for Dec. 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The Story
The UFC has moved a women’s bantamweight matchup between Jacqueline Cavalcanti and Michelle Montague to UFC 335. The fight is now scheduled for Dec. 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
UFC 335 is also expected to bring the promotion’s 2026 schedule to a close before it returns to Dallas for a UFC Fight Night card on Jan. 16.
The UFC 335 main event will feature Charles Oliveira putting his “BMF” belt on the line against challenger Diego Lopes. Alex Pereira is slated for the co-main event in his second heavyweight appearance against Sergei Pavlovich.
Cavalcanti will enter the Dec. 12 fight after suffering her first setback in the UFC in May. Before that loss, she carried a three-fight win streak into her UFC debut in 2023, and then followed with additional wins including a unanimous decision over Zarah Fairn and split decisions over Josiane Nunes and Nora Cornolle. She also defeated Julia Avila in 2024, and ended 2025 with a win over former title challenger Mayra Bueno Silva.
Montague, meanwhile, arrives at UFC 335 with an undefeated record of 8-0 after a decision win over Bueno Silva in April. The New Zealander previously competed in the PFL, beginning with a professional debut in 2022 that ended via submission just under four minutes into the first round, and then extending a rear-naked choke streak to six fights before joining the UFC last year.
In UFC competition, Montague has taken a unanimous decision over Luana Carolina at UFC Perth and then secured her April victory over Bueno Silva. She now meets Cavalcanti at UFC 335 on Dec. 12.
