Jadarian Price and Zach Charbonnet are active as the Seahawks host the Chicago Bears on Monday night for Week 8.
The Story
The Seahawks will have both Zach Charbonnet and Jadarian Price available for their Week 8 Monday night NFC clash against the Chicago Bears.
Seattle said Charbonnet will make his 2026 debut after beginning the season on the physically unable to perform list following an ACL tear suffered last January. Price returns after missing the past four games on injured reserve with a chest injury. Both running backs were back on the practice field during the week and are now active for the game.
The Seahawks also listed Quenton Nelson as active as expected. Nelson, an eight-time Pro Bowler acquired in a trade last week, will play left guard, with Grey Zabel moving to right guard.
In addition, the Seahawks said Drake Thomas is active after missing the previous two games with an ankle injury, and Chazz Surratt is also active after missing four games with a calf injury.
Seattle will be without six players due to injury for Monday night, including outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (doubtful with an ankle injury) and left tackle Charles Cross (ankle), receiver Rashid Shaheed (knee) and running back Velus Jones Jr. (hamstring), all ruled out after injuries suffered in last week’s win over Kansas City.
The Seahawks also said backup quarterback Drew Lock will be inactive again after being listed as questionable with a right elbow injury. Defensive tackle Brandon Pili is also inactive after being listed as questionable with a back injury, leaving Sam Darnold and Jalen Milroe as the other quarterbacks with Lock serving as the emergency third quarterback.
Guard Anthony Bradford (knee) and a linebacker identified in the team list as “@patr” (toe) are active, while Josh Jones is expected to start at left tackle with Cross out. With Shaheed sidelined, Tory Horton is expected to take on a bigger role in the passing game and as a returner, and the team elevated tackle Bobby Hart and receiver Montorie Foster Jr. from the practice squad; both are active for the game.
