UFC 335 is set to feature a middleweight matchup between Damian Pinas and undefeated prospect Baisangur Susurkaev on December 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Pinas, who is born in Suriname and represents Aruba, is scheduled to return after a quick finish earlier this month. His most recent UFC fight came against Andrey Pulyaev, when he scored an early finish via uppercut.
Susurkaev enters the bout as the older fighter at 25 years old, beginning his pro career in 2019 in Russia. He posted a 6-0 record in Russia before moving to the United States in 2024, where he continued winning in UFC competition.
Susurkaev will be fighting in his fourth UFC bout, including a first-round knockout win after his Contender Series appearance and a rear-naked choke submission win earlier in his UFC run. He will now face Pinas on December 12 at UFC 335 in Las Vegas.
