Victoria police are asking the public for help locating convicted sex offender James Gordon Michael Richardson, who did not attend his sentencing hearing Thursday.
Police said Richardson is “heavily tattooed,” and they issued the request after he failed to appear for the sentencing proceeding in the city.
Officers noted that Richardson pleaded guilty to sex offences in February, before the sentencing hearing scheduled for Thursday.
Anyone with information that could help police locate Richardson is being asked to come forward.
