Two Alberta children who were the subject of an Amber Alert in British Columbia were found safe on a rural property in West Kelowna, RCMP says.

Two children from Alberta who were the subject of an Amber Alert issued in British Columbia have been found safe, Alberta RCMP said in an update on Friday.
The update from Staff/Sgt. Derrick Gladdish with the Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit confirmed the boys were located in British Columbia on Thursday.
Gladdish said the children were found on a rural property in West Kelowna, a community in the Central Okanagan area.
Police said the boys were in good health when they were apprehended. Gladdish also stated they appeared to be happy and did not seem to be in any sort of distress.
The Amber Alert was issued in early July after RCMP said the boys had been taken from Valhalla Centre, an Alberta hamlet roughly 63 kilometres northwest of Grande Prairie.
According to the same RCMP account, two Amber Alerts were also issued in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories, and later cancelled while investigators continued to investigate the circumstances.
RCMP said two individuals were arrested on warrants for allegedly contravening a custody order connected to the case.
Following the children’s recovery in British Columbia, the boys are expected to be transferred to the custody of Alberta Children and Family Services, according to the RCMP update.
