Seattle’s Friday injury report saw multiple players remain full participants while Byron Murphy was added as a limited participant and Zach Charbonnet was downgraded to limited.
The Story
The Seattle Seahawks’ Friday injury report included both good and concerning updates heading into the team’s final practice window.
On the positive side, Quenton Nelson (knee) and Brady Russell (wrist) remained full participants. DeMarcus Lawrence and Jaxon Smith-Njigba also returned from rest days with full practices, and Connor O’Toole (hamstring), Chazz Surratt (calf), Drake Thomas (ankle) and Leonard Williams (achilles) all moved from limited to full.
Not all updates were as encouraging for Seattle. Tyrice Knight (hip) stayed limited, Drew Lock (right elbow) remained limited, and Zach Charbonnet (knee) was downgraded to limited after four straight full practices. Byron Murphy (back) was also added to the report as a limited participant.
Other players listed on the Seahawks’ report included Anthony Bradford (knee), who was downgraded to DNP, and Pat O’Connell (toe), who was also downgraded to DNP. Brandon Pili (back) was sidelined with a new injury, while Charles Cross (ankle), Velus Jones (hamstring), Uchenna Nwosu (ankle) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) were out.
The Chicago Bears’ Friday injury report was less crowded, but it still contained several notable items. T.J. Edwards (hamstring) and Jack Sanborn (concussion) were full participants, while Malik Muhammad (toe) remained limited.
Chicago also added Colston Loveland (neck) to the report. Kyle Monangai (thumb/toe) was held out again, and D’Marco Jackson (ankle) did not practice after being estimated to be limited on the previous day.
