Seahawks Week 7 injury report: Zach Charbonnet, Drake Thomas out vs Chiefs; Nick Emmanwori limited

The Seahawks listed Zach Charbonnet, Drake Thomas and Chazz Surratt as out for their Week 7 game versus the Chiefs, while Nick Emmanwori and several others are questionable.

The Story

The Seattle Seahawks will be missing running back Zach Charbonnet again for their Week 7 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, with the team ruling him out after he practised fully this week but remains unavailable.

Linebacker Drake Thomas was also ruled out for a second straight week due to an ankle injury, and linebacker Chazz Surratt is out for a fourth consecutive game with a calf injury.

Among players listed as questionable, safety Nick Emmanwori was added to the Friday injury report and is limited with a hip injury. Outside linebackers DeMarcus Lawrence (knee) and Uchenna Nwosu (hip) were also listed as questionable after being limited for the second straight day, along with backup quarterback Drew Lock (right elbow) and outside linebacker Connor O’Toole (hamstring), who was limited on Friday after not practising the previous two days.

Right guard Anthony Bradford, who returned to practise this week from injured reserve, did not have a game status listed in the report. Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said Bradford will play Sunday, but the team will need to make a roster move by Saturday to add him back to the 53-man roster.

For Kansas City, starting right tackle Jaylon Moore is out with a concussion. The Chiefs also listed left tackle Josh Simmons as on injured reserve, and they ruled out receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring/knee) and running back Brashard Smith (hamstring).

Kansas City’s injury report listed cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (knee) and linebacker Cooper Macdonald (knee) as questionable after both were limited in Friday’s practice.
