Crazy Diamonds will perform at the Rio Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 14 with interactive visuals and an immersive light show.

The Story

Crazy Diamonds, a Vancouver Pink Floyd tribute band, is set to bring an immersive, multi-sensory visual experience to the Rio Theatre for a one-night show on Saturday, Nov. 14.

According to a press release, the band’s performance will include interactive visuals and an immersive light show, along with a focus on playing Pink Floyd songs as they appear on the original recordings.

In the release, the band said it is “super stoked to bring you our one and only show of the year,” adding, “And it’s all ages!”

The band also said it will perform songs spanning Piper at the Gates of Dawn through to The Wall, describing the set as including “Hits, deep cuts and even a surprise or two.”

Crazy Diamonds said it formed in 2007 and has played hundreds of shows across Metro Vancouver, including sold-out nights at venues such as Hollywood Theatre and the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre.

Doors at the Rio Theatre open at 8 p.m., with the show starting at 9 p.m. The venue is at 1660 East Broadway. Ticket prices start at $42, with purchases available through the Rio website or at the box office on the day of the show, subject to availability.
