Canucks Sports & Entertainment says Coke Canada Bottling will be its new official beverage partner at Rogers Arena in Vancouver and Rogers Forum in Abbotsford starting this season.
The Story
Canucks Sports & Entertainment (CSE) says it has signed a new multi-year partnership with Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Ltd. (Coke Canada Bottling), expanding the beverage lineup for fans at Rogers Arena in Vancouver and Rogers Forum in Abbotsford starting this season.
CSE says the expanded lineup will include Canada Dry, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Fanta and other locally made options, which will be moved and sold by Coke Canada Bottling through partnerships with beverage companies.
In a statement, Michael Doyle, President of Canucks Sports & Entertainment, said the partnership “brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to creating memorable experiences for our fans,” and added that it will deliver “an exciting lineup of beverage options” at both venues.
Coke Canada Bottling’s Tim McNerney, Chief Customer Officer, said the bottler is “a family-owned, Canadian business with deep roots in British Columbia,” and that it is “proud to partner” with CSE to bring more locally made beverages to fans in Vancouver and Abbotsford.
CSE says fans can now enjoy beverages including Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Coca-Cola, sports and hydration drinks, iced tea and water, and that the partnership will be supported by in-arena activations and integrated branding initiatives at both Rogers Arena and Rogers Forum.
The company says Coke Canada Bottling locally produces more than 12 SKUs across 14 brands at its manufacturing facility in Richmond, B.C., and that many of those products will be served at both venues. It also says the company operates a 230,000-square-foot sales, warehouse and distribution centre in Richmond and employs nearly 850 people while serving approximately 12,000 customers across British Columbia.
