Avalanche break Utah open with 35-second third-period burst in 4-1 win

For more than half the night at Ball Arena, Utah had enough of the puck and enough of the small-count edges to make this look uncomfortable for Colorado. Then the Avalanche turned a 1-1 game into a 3-1 lead in 35 seconds early in the third period, and the rest of the evening started to read very differently.
