Integrated Homicide Investigation Team investigators say foul play is suspected after a man’s body was found by the side of the road in Surrey.
Surrey Police Service officers were called to the area of 156 Street and 61 Avenue after reports of a human body being discovered shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, according to an IHIT news release.
“Foul play is suspected and IHIT has now taken over the investigation,” the release said.
IHIT investigators said they are working in partnership with Surrey Police Service investigators to complete priority investigative tasks.
