The Story
The Burnaby Ageless Seniors Expo will bring together older adults, caregivers, families, and local organizations and businesses for a community-focused day of connection and discovery.
The free event runs on Thursday, Oct. 22, at Bonsor Recreation Complex from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees can browse a variety of vendors and organizations offering products, services and resources for local seniors, and they can enjoy light snacks and refreshments, music, and prize draws.
The expo will also feature a special guest speaker, Linda Chu from Out of Chaos, with an information session on topics including home organization and moving and estate cleanouts.
Chu’s presentation will be offered in both a morning and an afternoon session, with seats reserved through Eventbrite.
Organizers expect the event to welcome more than 200 people from across the community. The expo is designed as a social event for people of all abilities.
