According to the listing, the current asking price is $58,800,000 and the home first went on the market in September 2024 for the same amount.

The property’s most recent assessed value is $34,132,000, including land value of nearly $24 million.

Records cited for the home say it was built in 1999 and last sold in 2004 for $17 million, based on an asking price of $18 million.

The listing with Angell, Hasman & Associates (Malcolm Hasman) Realty Ltd. says the home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is located in the “West Bay” neighbourhood.
