Police identified the victim as 34-year-old Natasha Clifton of Richmond. Officers say the circumstances surrounding her death remain the subject of an active criminal investigation.
In releasing Clifton’s identity, Delta Police said the purpose is to help investigators trace her movements and activities in the days before her death. Police are asking anyone who had contact or communication with Clifton, or who may have information about her activities or associates, to come forward.
