Croissant lovers can take part in the Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl 2026, running now until Oct. 4, 2026, featuring 37 vendors offering limited-edition croissants at participating bakeries and cafes across Metro Vancouver.
Parallel 49 Brewing’s Oktoberfest is planned daily from now until Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026 at 1950 Triumph St., Vancouver, with live music Thursday through Sunday; admission is free and seating is first-come, first-served.
The UBC Botanical Garden Apple Festival returns for its 35th year on Oct. 17 and 18, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 6804 SW Marine Dr., Vancouver, with activities and apple variety tastings; tickets are available online and children seven years and under can enter for free with a paying adult (with ticket registration required).
Other dates listed include a Vegan Night Market on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at HI Vancouver Jericho Beach, with an admission minimum donation of $5 and food-truck-style offerings on site.
For early November, Yes Shef: Elevating Women in Food & Beverage takes place Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Fairmont Pacific Rim (Star Sapphire Ballroom), 1038 Canada Pl., Vancouver, with ticket prices varying.
