McDonald’s Monopoly returns to Canada starting Sept. 29 with prizes worth more than $400 million, including McDonald’s for life and other major giveaways.

McDonald’s Monopoly is back in Canada, with the 2026 game beginning on Sept. 29.
The promotion features millions of prizes worth a total of more than $400 million.
The program includes the chance to win McDonald’s for life, described as two free weekly visits for 25 years.
Other prizes listed include a trip to Puerto Rico, the Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Complex, or the Universal Orlando Resort, as well as a 2026 Nissan Kicks.
Prize details also include a shopping spree at Michaels and Ardene.
The promotion says a custom-made miniature Gold Quarter Pounder made with about a quarter pound of 10-carat gold is also up for grabs.
The game’s rules state that participants do not have to make a purchase to take part, but they must have a mobile device and be registered for both the McDonald’s app and the Monopoly Game.
Eligible items mentioned include Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, McCrispy sandwiches, McChickens, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets (with a 20-piece earning two game pieces), and large fries, as well as breakfast items such as Egg McMuffins, BLT Egg McMuffins, Bacon ‘N Egg McMuffins, Sausage ‘N Egg McMuffins, and Hash Browns.
The promotion says the game is available in restaurants until Nov. 2 and in the app until Nov. 23, and that it is open to Canadian residents.
