The Story

Aespa’s Synk: Complaexity Tour is set to conclude its first leg in Vancouver on Sunday, Oct. 11, with the show beginning at 8 p.m. The tour then continues in England next year, according to the event information.

There is no opening act listed for the Vancouver date. Tickets are still available, including some lower-priced resale options; the listing notes a handful of resale tickets selling for as low as $240, while most options are described as starting at $344 (before fees). Floor and lower bowl tickets are also listed at the same price. The page says tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

For background, aespa’s first album, Armageddon, followed three EPs that reached No. 1 on the Korean and U.S. World charts. Its second album, Lemonade, was released in May, and the single “Dirty Work” is described as having won or been nominated for several awards in Asia this year. The group is also noted for integrating a metaverse and including Naevis in its work, though Naevis is described as not appearing on this tour.

On transportation and travel planning, the event information says that, at the time of publishing, TransLink did not have any significant alerts affecting SkyTrain and SeaBus service before or after the concert on Sunday, Oct. 11. It also says Hullo does not have a late-night sailing planned after the show.

Rogers Arena restrictions listed for the concert include limits on bag size: bags must be under 35 centimetres by 35 cm by 15 cm. The venue is also described as smoke-free for cigarettes and cannabis, and the listing notes that smoke machines may be used. Common items such as skateboards, selfie sticks and outside food and drinks are also flagged as not permitted. The information says signs are allowed under Rogers Arena rules, with some restrictions.

Rogers Arena is listed as a cashless venue. “As a cashless venue, we accept all major digital forms of payment including Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay,” according to the venue website referenced in the listing. For on-site support during the show, the listing provides a fan service number to text for issues: 604-765-3267 (FANS). Concert-goers are advised to include their issue and location, including section, row and seat number, when texting.
