Simple Plan to play Rogers Arena on Jan. 27, with Marianas Trench and Bowling For Soup

Simple Plan’s Bigger Than You Think! Tour will stop at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2026.

The Story

Montreal pop-punk quartet Simple Plan will take its Bigger Than You Think! headline tour to Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2026.

The band will be joined on the Vancouver date by Marianas Trench and Bowling For Soup.

In B.C., the Vancouver show follows a performance by Simple Plan the day before at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria.

Simple Plan said it has been more than 10 years since the last time it did a proper cross-Canadian tour in Canada. In a release, the group said it is “so excited to bring our Bigger Than You Think! Headline Tour back home to Canada,” adding that it cannot wait to play “the best and biggest show we’ve ever done here at home.”

The Vancouver concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Rogers Arena, 800 Griffiths Way, with tickets available at various prices.

Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m.

Simple Plan rose to prominence in the early 2000s and is associated with hits including “I’m Just A Kid,” “Welcome to My Life” and “Summer Paradise.” The band has won two Juno Awards and six MuchMusic Video Awards.

Marianas Trench, described as a Juno Award-winning band from Vancouver, has hits including “Stutter” and “Fallout.”

Bowling For Soup, whose career is tied to anthems including “Girl All The Bad Guys Want” and “1985,” is also known for theme songs for Jimmy Neutron and Phineas and Ferb.
