The 2026 Michelin Guide’s Vancouver selection recognizes AnnaLena (1809 W. 1st Ave., Vancouver) with a promotion to Two Michelin Stars, making it the city’s first restaurant at that level in this year’s edition.
The guide’s One Michelin Star recipients in Vancouver are Burdock and Co (2702 Main St.), iDen and QuanJuDe Beijing Duck House (2808 Cambie St.), Kissa Tanto (263 E. Pender St.), Masayoshi (4376 Fraser St.), Okeya Kyujiro (1038 Mainland St.), Published on Main (3593 Main St.), St. Lawrence (269 Powell St.), Sumibiyaki Arashi (363 E. Broadway), Sushi Hyun (795 Jervis St.) and Sushi Masuda (1066 W. Hastings St.).
Bib Gourmand listings in the 2026 guide include Anh and Chi (3388 Main St.), Chef’s Choice Seafood Restaurant (955 W. Broadway) and Farmer’s Apprentice (1535 W. 6th Ave.), along with Gary’s (1485 W. 12th Ave.), Good Thief (3336 Main St.), Karma Indian Bistro (2741 W. 4th Ave.) and Kavita (250 W. 3rd Ave.).
