The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says Kevin’s Natural Foods has recalled a turkey gravy sold in several provinces because it contains mustard that is not declared on the label.
The Story
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) says Kevin’s Natural Foods issued a recall on Friday for a brand of turkey gravy sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
The CFIA said the recalled product contains mustard, but that ingredient is not listed on the ingredients label.
The agency said there have been no reported reactions associated with the product.
The CFIA advised people who are allergic or sensitive to not consume recalled products and said they should not serve, use, sell or distribute the recalled items.
The CFIA said it is investigating the matter and working to verify that the product has been removed from store shelves.
