Vancouver Police are seeking help identifying two possible witnesses captured on CCTV in the homicide of Victor Charles McIntyre in late September.

The Story

Vancouver Police Department homicide investigators are asking the public for help identifying two potential witnesses connected to the late-September homicide of Victor Charles McIntyre.

In a release, Cst. Megan Lui said two individuals were captured on CCTV footage. Investigators believe the pair may have information that could assist with the ongoing homicide investigation.

Cst. Lui said the first potential witness is a woman wearing a yellow long-sleeve shirt, green pants and burgundy shoes. She was seen walking near Main and East Cordova streets in the early hours of Sept. 23.

The second potential witness is a man described as wearing a black jacket over a red and blue shirt with white lettering, black pants and white shoes, and carrying a longboard. Investigators said he was at the intersection of Columbia and Keefer streets.

Cst. Lui asked anyone who recognizes either person, or has information about their identity, to contact Vancouver Police immediately. She said the Vancouver Police Homicide Unit can be reached at 604-717-2500.
