Vancouver police say a woman died following an early-morning collision involving an e-scooter and a transit bus in downtown Vancouver on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026.
Police said the crash happened at the intersection of Seymour Street and West Pender Street. They said a man and a woman were riding an e-scooter and entered the intersection at West Pender Street.
Police said neither rider was wearing a helmet. They said the woman died at the scene, and they did not say whether the man suffered any injuries.
Investigators are working to determine the circumstances around the collision, and police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
