Coquitlam RCMP say an alleged impaired driver was arrested after a single-vehicle crash on Oct. 3 sent a car into a utility pole.
The Story
Coquitlam RCMP say officers were called at about 4:40 p.m. to Lougheed Highway, near Dewdney Trunk Road, after a single car went off the road on Saturday, Oct. 3.
RCMP say the lone occupant was checked by BC Emergency Health Services at the scene.
The driver was arrested for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired and taken to the Coquitlam RCMP detachment.
Investigators are asking for dashcam footage from the area between Lougheed Highway and Westwood Street, between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.
