According to the post-fight account, Walker delivered a decisive finish in the closing minutes, leaving Cortes Acosta out cold with a knockout.
In the victory, Walker’s record improved to 22-8, while Cortes Acosta has now lost three straight after suffering punishment “like this” for the first time.
Walker also responded to criticism about his chin, saying: “Without a guy like this who can't take a good punch, you cant have a good fight,” and adding, “F** everyone who said I have no chin. Who doesn't have no chin now?”
