Cadillac appoints Marcin Budkowski as Team Principal and says return to F1 has been “a bit of a shock to the system”

Marcin Budkowski, newly appointed Team Principal of Cadillac, said his return to Formula 1 has been a “bit of a shock to the system” as the American team continues building its first season. Budkowski replaced Graeme Lowdon just before the Dutch Grand Prix at the end of August and spoke ahead of last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix about adapting to the sport’s speed and focus on establishing the right people, priorities and operational reliability.
